List Exim mailqueue count by user

Hello,
I’m running a cPanel/WHM box on CentOS 5.2 x64_86. I’m looking for an easy way to list the amount of items in the mailqueue by user. I’m sure it can be done through bash or awk, but it would probably be pretty difficult considering that a large data structure would be necessary. I tried looking through exim and exiqgrep manpages, but I can’t find anything.
Anybody have any ideas?
